Tawasul puts listening, creating, approving and publishing in one place. It explains a spike in plain words, shows a coordinated campaign with its evidence, drafts in your voice, and publishes nothing a responsible person hasn’t approved. It’s built for Arabic as much as English, dialects included.

What’s in it

• Listening and monitors: What people say about you across the channels you capture, grouped into themes, with alerts on spikes, sentiment shifts and coordinated campaigns.
• Trends: What’s rising in your market, matched to your catalog, so you know what to talk about next.
• Studio and brand kit: Posts, images and videos made by hand or by AI, in your brand’s voice. Arabic is set as real text over the image, not drawn by the generator.
• Approvals: Approve, reject or ask for changes on each asset with a note. External reviewers approve from a link, without an account.
• Publishing: Schedule and publish to your connected accounts, with each post’s results read back.
• Campaigns, launches and contests: Plan a campaign’s content, run a launch, and hold contests with their entries and a recorded draw.
• Ads: Your ad accounts’ campaigns and how they performed, next to everything else.
• Leads and offers: Prospects found in public posts, scored against your ideal customer, with the evidence. Offers go out only once approved, and opt-outs are honoured.
• Demand forecasts: Forecasts of what you’ll sell, by week or month, from your sales history, the season and trends.
